The Mom Group Chat 4.11.25
the moms are buying pull-on pants, waking up with gratitude, and celebrating Ms. Rachel's new baby!
Well, it’s officially cold, gray, and rainy again where I live (thanks, April showers!), but two things are continuing to lift my spirits: still talking about The White Lotus finale and shopping for new spring clothes. And, as an expecting girlie about to enter her fifth month of pregnancy, the latter focus is really on trendy pull-on pants—because, duh. From super-soft drawstring jeans to trousers with elastic waistbands, I’m living in these pants this time of year and my growing bump is forever thankful for the comfy vibes. Plus, they pair perfectly with a few of the pastel cardigans and airy blouses I’ve purchased for spring, too. In other news this week, we’re shopping the Sephora sale (time to stock up, ladies!), gushing over Ms. Rachel’s adorable baby’s name, and diving into the many interesting tidbits in a new study on U.S. fertility trends. Grab another cup of coffee and settle in, Everymoms!

We all now want to wake up with gratitude because Rick (Walton Goggins) told us to. Listen to the conversation he had with his 10-year-old about it here.
"Sometimes timing isn’t what you plan and the road to get there is bumpier than you expect, but when you hold your little ones you know… I’m meant to be your mama." A fam fav, Ms. Rachel, welcomed sweet baby Susannah to the world via surrogate this week.

Women are making history...again! It is now officially more common for women to have babies over the age of 40 than the rate at which teenage women are giving birth—for the first time ever. Get the details on this new U.S. fertility trend.
